Legacy work at the INSOS Industry Day

The social work of the WWG2029 goes beyond the Winter Games. We would like to contribute to the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. An excellent network is important here, because we can achieve little on our own.

It was therefore great that we were able to present our legacy work around the WWG2029 at the INSOS Industry Day and, together with Fondation Trajets, a large institution from Geneva, were also able to show concrete successes in opening up the world of sport. The mixed flag rugby team, in which people with and without disabilities play together – an athlete is simply an athlete, without distinction > Impressions of flag rugby

This presentation will now lead to a closer exchange with the most innovative institutions in Switzerland in order to create further opportunities for sport and exercise in open sports teams and clubs. This is the core of the lighthouse projects of the World Winter Games.
