Lukas Hämmerli rocks the hall
Dancer Lukas Hämmerli got things off to a moving start. In an interview with presenter Nik Hartmann, he talked about his experiences at the World Winter Games 2025 in Turin.
Secretary General Beat Ritschard, Inclusion Officer Gisela Imark and Head of Legacy Robert Schmuki provided an up-to-date insight into the preparations for the World Winter Games Switzerland 2029.
Panel discussion with Islam Alijaj and Bruno Barth
Following the information section, National Councillor Islam Alijaj and the President of the World Winter Games Bruno Barth discussed the status of implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Switzerland. Islam Alijaj presented his position with great commitment. Bruno Barth showed where the development of sport needs to start. The 2029 World Winter Games are an excellent platform for the cause of participation.
